This is a great shop that I would recommend to anyone needing AC service. They were able to fit me in quickly for a diagnostic appointment and about a week later I had a repair appointment. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The entire team was nothing but professional, especially James who serviced my vehicle. His warm and caring personality came through in every interaction. Communicating was also thorough and clear. And their prices were a fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge me. I would highly recommend this AC service center.

I scheduled an appointment with them on their website. The day of the appointment finally comes and I’m the morning I get a vague unprofessional looking email saying my appointment is canceled with no reasoning as to why. Mind you this is a few hours before I drop the car off with them. I cleared my work schedule for this appointment and wasted a lot of time. So I step outside to call them to get a reasoning and a girl answers unprofessional and super quiet. She doesn’t even say that this is the business until I ask. She goes on to say that the “reasoning” to why they vaguely canceled my appointment is because they don’t have the “time”. But I can move past all of this so after much frustration I ask WHEN will be the next available appointment she leaves me on hold for a few moments and comes back to say OCTOBER 21st……definitely one of my more frustrating experiences when dealing with a repair shop. And didn’t even apologize for doing such bad business behavior. Would not recommend doing business with this shop.

Excellent service and professionalism. Gave them a brief description of my AC problems, and the technician found the problem fast, thus saving me thousands of dollars! Mind you that I went to two different AC shops and didn't like what was told to me. I will go to Mike's auto air conditioning for all my cars AC needs. Awesome people Awesome service!

Glad to share a review of this company! Long story short, I had a problem with my AC in my tundra for several months, couldn’t seem to find the leak anywhere, I searched for help on yelp and found these guys, read a lot of reviews and they seemed to have a exceptional quality service. Took it in for a free estimate and diagnosis, they found the problem in less then 1/2 hr, gave me a resealable quote, I did my research before going there, so I wasn’t surprised what parts would need to change if needed to or pricing. Booked my repair appointment, and let me tell you I couldn’t believe they did this repair in one day, Replacement of evaporator valve, evaporator core, dryer, and removal and refill of refrigerent , this process needed the removal of the whole front dash, which Ive watched tube videos and that’s a big job. But they did it and with great care, I’m pretty picky when it comes to my truck, but I’m a satisfied customer! 5 stars for these guys, Ac is nice and cold!!! Would recommend this company to anyone in need of Ac repair,

Trust worthy and honest! Initial diagnosis was inconclusive bc AC was still running cold despite at a low speed n pressure. Told to return truck when AC completely shuts off for a cleaner diagnosis of the AC problem. Another car AC company on Liliha St told me it was the AC hose leaking and pump thar blows the AC air. And, the repair costs would be over $2,500. 1 week after, i returned the truck to Mike’s as AC was gone/shut off; owner told me just to bring the truck in without apptmnt. After diagnosing the AC, the AC Technician called to give me diagnosis saying that the AC hose had no leaks and in good condition,,the pump that blows the AC was ok as well. However, a coil was burnt that affected the pump and needed to be repaired. Total cost was $420. They also explained why the coiled burned; AC on high all the time instead of increasing the AC level in increments. Love their honesty. Also, love that they have young n nerdy looking technicians.
